You will have a couple of private surf lessons with Andre. He is flexible, easy to communicate with, fun and a very good teacher. His equipment was in a very good condition and his enthusiasm for surfing is contagious. Andre will share his surfing knowledge with Beginners and Intermediate Surfer. The price was very reasonable, for board rental, lesson, and round trip transportation. He will push you into the waves, but will also give you pointers as to how to get better (when to paddle, which way to lean, how to feel the wave below you). How to go to Senggigi

Location Senggigi Beach is very close to the highway, making it quite easy to reach even by walking. The road from downtown Mataram to Senggigi Beach is very easy to pass. Coming here by private vehicle or public transportation, both can be done easily. If you come to Lombok by plane, from Lombok International Airport, Alternatively, you can use Taxi or Damri bus (public transportation).

How to go to Senggigi from Airports

The closest passenger airport to Senggigi is Selaparang (Mataram) Airport (AMI) in Indonesia, which is 9 km (6 miles) away (directly). The second nearest airport to Senggigi is Bali International (Denpasar) Airport (DPS), also in Indonesia, 100 km (62 miles) away. The third closest airport is Sumbawa Besar Airport (SWG), also in Indonesia, 151 km (94 miles) away.

1. There is a public bus service run by DAMRI Buses connecting Lombok International Airport to Mataram and Senggigi. DAMRI services are provided to connect Senggigi to the airport departing Senggigi from 03:00 and then every 1.5 hr until the last departure from Senggigi at 20:00.Damri bus from airport to Senggigi with cost from the airport to Senggigi is approximately Rp. 45,000 (Sep2017) for about 1.5-2 hours long journey.
